Given the popularity of blogs, I have decided to have one for our own website.
Please feel free to suggest possible blog topics related to anxiety


  1. Hello. I am a much improved social anxiety sufferer. I think a great topic would be “How I was before and how I am now”.

    For example, I used to avoid ALL social situations. I now love being around people. I used to avoid public speaking. I now seek it out. I used to hate eating in public. It now doesn’t bother me. I’m finally living my life as I want to. Overcoming social anxiety took a lot of work but it was worth every second!
