People with anxiety often suffer from depression. Unfortunately many people who are suffering depression go undiagnosed and untreated. If you are so depressed that your motivation is low than it may interfere with connecting with friends and family or getting the support you need.

Anxiety Australia can provide depression counselling online, using Skype, Zoom or other platforms to suit you. Our experience has shown that taking action in times that may seem dark, is one of the best ways to overcome depression and to get your life back.

We also specialise in anxiety treatments. Sometimes depression needs to be treated before anxiety can be tackled. Sometimes it is the first step to a bigger life. We offer a free initial conversation to see if your personality and mine match up. So why not contact me today on 0429 88 3671
